Remember, when we say text(s) it is a group of words identified by a hard return or line break indicating a new sentence or paragraph. For example, a user’s response to an open-ended question asked during a survey would be considered a text. However, multiple sentences or paragraphs located in the same cell when uploading an Excel response file will be considered as one text or verbatim. Text length is only limited in the free Basic edition.
The volume of analysis is only limited to the credit amount you purchase. If you purchase the 5,000 texts credit and only use 1,000, then you will have the remainder of the year to use it. If you run out, you may simply refill your account.
